A personal note from Ethan M. Wayne, Esq.
"I empathize with those who have been injured as a result of the negligence of another. As a student, I was the victim of a serious automobile accident where I was sitting at a red light and another driver, who was not paying attention to the road, slammed his car into the rear end of my vehicle causing massive damage to my car and more significantly, numerous injuries to my spine. I remember that all I wanted was to get treatment to heal my body, but dealing with the other party's insurance company was more than I could take, causing me to hire an attorney.
That experience is one of the main reasons I chose to practice in this area of law. I do not want to allow the insurance companies, with nearly unlimited resources, to bully around those people who simply want to receive medical treatment for their injuries and compensation for what was taken from them. When we take over the case, I know that our clients can focus on their treatment and healing their bodies, instead of dealing with the insurance companies. That's where we come in!"
